ROBERT HAWKS
Throughout his career, Robert Hawks has designed and constructed homes and completed countless projects in the northeast area. Beginning as a realtor and later moving into mortgage banking, he used his industry exposure to help fill a glaring gap in the construction and remodeling industry. “A lot of my friends, family and colleagues starting home projects would complain about their experiences, and I realized that the contractor/homeowner relationship was dated, convoluted and sometimes, abrasive.” As a result, Liamar was structured from inception to be the firm that keeps it simple and fun, listens to client needs and executes impeccable precision work.
Outside of Liamar, Robert enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, exercising, reading and relaxing at the coast.
FRANK DUBELL
Born and raised in New Jersey, Frank has spent the last 20 years mastering the trades encompassing masonry, high-end kitchen & bath construction and complete home building. Beginning his education at the demanding International Masonry Institute, Frank quickly mastered his skill and sought out to expand his knowledge of all trades such as carpentry, tile and flooring, structural, electrical and plumbing. From finalizing installations to managing crews, Frank is an all-around perfectionist who is caring, personable and detail-oriented.
Frank enjoys traveling, spending time with family and helping friends and relatives wherever the need. You can find Frank reading about the latest construction trends when he is not helping someone out.
COREY KITZMAN
Corey spent the early part of his career helping to manage his family construction supply business, which later grew to include residential and commercial construction. As a diligent listener with an amiable personality and knowledge of the trades, Corey oversees crews and day-to-day tasks and client needs.
When he is not ‘making things happen’, Corey spends his time with family, enjoys cooking and Blue Claws games!
STEPHEN CIANA
A long-time New Jersey resident, Stephen brings over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, having worked as a superintendent, project manager, estimator, and site manager. He has overseen projects ranging from detailed renovations to large-scale additions, earning a reputation for reliability, integrity, and quality craftsmanship. His entrepreneurial spirit and ability to think outside the box allow him to create innovative solutions, navigate challenges with confidence, and always go the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction.
Known for his meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence, Stephen consistently contributes to residential projects that stand the test of time. His approach is hands-on, thoughtful, and client-focused, reflecting both technical expertise and a belief that every home should be built with care and precision.
Outside of work, Stephen enjoys playing music, spending time with his family, and expanding his knowledge of life, history, and the world around him.
LUIS GOMEZ
Relocating from California in 2008, Luis began his career working for some of the area’s more prominent home renovation companies before forming his own sub-crews. Within 2 years, Luis grew his service to include 12 full time professionals working throughout the state on residential and commercial projects. Luis is detail-oriented and, like everyone else on the team, strives for perfection and client satisfaction.
In his spare time Luis loves spending time with his family and cruising the shore with his fiancé.
KELLY DIRICKSON
Kelly relocated to New Jersey from her home state of North Carolina, in 2009. She attended college at NCSU, majoring in management and joined Liamar soon after working in customer service and office management assistance. She has since taken on the role of office manager where she implements her experience to support staff-client relationships.
When she is not keeping things together at the job, Kelly enjoys volunteering at her children’s school, jogging, cooking, yoga and supporting her children in their activities.
JOHN SAYER
A New Jersey native, John began his career as a framer and electricians assistant for a large commercial building company traveling throughout NJ and surrounding states. Constantly improving himself, John quickly moved in to an executive assistant position overseeing and modifying subcontractor work and compiling/drafting landscape plans for multimillion dollar properties.
John enjoys spending his time away from work visiting the sites with his fiancé. He is an avid pet lover and regularly allocates space and time for lost and abandoned pets.
MARY HAWKS
Mary Hawks graduated from Monmouth University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and is now pursuing her MBA in Business and Marketing at Seton Hall University. As Liamar’s social media and marketing manager, she brings vision, creativity, and a growing expertise in the construction industry, making her an invaluable asset to the company. With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Mary is dynamic, ambitious, and outgoing, qualities that drive her to deliver fresh ideas, bold strategies, and an elevated brand presence across multiple platforms.
She develops high-impact home improvement and beautification articles, leads the company’s social media and digital strategy, and strengthens client relationships through clear and consistent communication. Her MBA pursuit reflects her commitment to continuous growth and to leading at the intersection of business strategy, marketing, and client experience. Passionate about lifelong learning, she thrives on gaining new perspectives and applying them to real-world solutions.
Mary represents the next generation of leadership talent: energetic, innovative, and dedicated to scaling organizations while building meaningful client connections. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, outdoor activities, and traveling.
