1. Initial Contact: We’ll ask project-related questions during our initial conversation. If we’re a good fit, we’ll schedule a free In-Home Consultation with an experienced Project Manager.
2. In-Home Consultation: We’ll confirm the appointment and arrival time. During the consultation, our team will examine the property with the final design decision-makers. The Project Manager will provide a ballpark estimate and estimated completion timeline.
3. Designs & Bid: If the initial meeting goes well, the Project Manager will create a detailed estimate for construction or remodeling costs and project management. We will take measurements, explore design inspirations, and collaborate with you.
4. Third Meeting: Once the designs are ready, we’ll provide a more accurate job estimate. We can work from approved construction plans from any source. Upon approval and contract agreement, we’ll guide you through material selection based on construction phases.
5. Getting Started: After approving Home Improvement Contract, we’ll order materials, obtain permits if needed, and establish a project timeline. Your project team will review logistics and address any remaining questions before construction begins.
6. Construction Phase: Once all products are received, we’ll begin construction under the guidance of your Project Superintendent and Lead. You’ll have direct collaboration with them throughout the process. Our project manager will always be available to make modifications, address questions and monitor progress.
7. Wrapping Up: We prioritize a clean and safe work environment, regularly inspecting the interior and exterior work spaces. This ensures your safety while inspecting our progress. It also reflects our commitment to delivering exceptional results.
