STICK-BUILT OR MODULAR?

If you opt to go with a stick-built construction, you not only get to decide every detail of your new home, you get to watch your creation come to life as the building process begins!

For a speedier completion time, some people prefer a state-of-the-art modular home. Modular residential homes are primarily constructed off-site, but to the same standards as traditional stick-built homes. While personal design aspects are slightly limited compared to stick-built homes, modular homes still allow you the flexibility to uniquely customize many features of the home such as window styles and colors, room colors, flooring material, fixtures and more.
